The pandemic led to the cancellation of my planned projects, which reminded me of the time I started writing on Brunch, something I had only previously considered. Initially, I wasn't comfortable with writing, but over time, I began writing regular columns for a newspaper. To meet the bi-weekly deadlines, I bravely bought and read many books.

Now, I can write an article even just 3 hours before the deadline, but I find that I've been buying fewer books related to business anthropology. I'm starting to question whether this change represents growth or stagnation.

Looking back at the books I've read, I realize that they have helped me gain diverse perspectives and build confidence in my writing. Writing no longer intimidates me; it has become a valuable tool for organizing and sharing my thoughts.

What changes have you experienced through writing or reading books? Have you recently struggled with the difference between growth and stagnation? I'm curious to know how you've dealt with these moments of transition.
